Cocktail ShakerPick Up This Shaker- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Hawthorne Strainer
- JiggerPick Up My Favorite Jigger
Ingredients
1 oz Mezcal
1 oz Reposado Tequila
0.5 oz Raspberry Syrup
0.25 oz Agave Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 Egg White
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 12 – 15 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
