Some asked for it, and I had to Google it and was like, “Oh, that sounds interesting.”
I think this is a drink where the right combination of dry and sweet vermouth makes this cocktail.
Whenever I have spilled-based ingredients, I have never liked using two ingredients from the same company. For example, I love using Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, but using Cocchi Vermouth Di Rorino Extra Dry isn’t the right match.
The flavors are too similar and don’t give the cocktail enough flavors to enhance each other.
